We use this number to test an automated telehealth assistant. The texts are replies to the messages a tester sends. Sometimes we also send a test follow-up.

This line is for testing only. It is not for real patients, and it does not give real medical advice. Do not send real health information. It is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.

Terms

• Only GXB staff and testers that GXB invites may use this line.
• The replies come from an automated system. They are test output, not medical advice.
• Use made-up details only. Do not send real health information about you or anyone else.
• You opt in when you text the number after an invite. The number of texts changes from test to test, and most conversations have about 1 to 20 messages.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We can pause or end the test line at any time.
• We can change these terms. The current version is always on this page.

Stop and help

Reply STOP to (817) 745-5827 at any time to stop the texts. We send one text to confirm, and then no more. Reply HELP for help.
